Creating a “God Mode” icon in Windows is very simple. This gives you a “Super” Control Panel where you can change almost all of the settings in Windows.  I say almost, because there are registry hacks that you still have to do through the registry and wont be listed as an icon in “God Mode”.  To Create this icon, do the following:

1. Right-Click on your desktop and go to “New Folder”
2. Name it “God Mode” or whatever
3. Right-click on your “God Mode” folder and paste the following after the last word:
   •  “.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}”
4. Your Folder name should look like: God Mode .{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} 
5. Hit Enter and you’ll see an icon that looks like this:

I made this application to automate the process. Run it, hit the “Create It” button and your done.  It will put an icon on your desktop and open the folder up for you.  You’re then free to move the folder where ever you want.
